AUSTIN, YOU HAD A LONG DAY AT THUNDER ROAD.
Overall, it was a long day. We started at the rear of the heat race and couldn't quite get our track position back. We ran the whole system through the consi and the B feature. Sometimes, that's the way it works. You've got to recover and you have to race your way from the back.
It was a decent day. To get a Top-5 out of it was pretty good.
WHAT HAPPENED AFTER THE PIT STOP ON LAP 71?
The first set of tires we had, I don't know what happened to them. The car just got really, really free. I think we overestimated for that when we put rights on. We tightened it up some more (on the pit stop), but the second set of rights didn't free it up like the first set did.
We were a little tight at the end.
IS IT FRUSTRATING TO FINISH IN THE TOP-5 AND STILL LOSE GROUND IN THE CHAMPIONSHIP HUNT?
We lost some points, yeah, but right now our main focus is on going to win – we're going to win the next race at Chaudiere (next week). The points will end up wherever they end up. SOCIAL MEDIA
