ARCA Menards West Returns To Racing At Utah & Irwindale
TOLEDO, Ohio — The 2020 ARCA Menards Series West season will resume with a doubleheader at Utah Motorsports Campus on Saturday, June 27, and a race at California's Irwindale Speedway on Saturday, July 4.
The West will run two 30-lap championship points events on Utah's 2.2-mile East course, with the first race scheduled for 4 p.m. MT and the second immediately following.
It will mark the first ARCA race at the world-class road course located just outside Salt Lake City. The West Series has run there 10 times between 2007-16 under the NASCAR banner, including from 2011-14 on the 2.2-mile course.
Current NASCAR Xfinity Series driver Noah Gragson swept a doubleheader at Utah in 2016.

ARCA will also make its inaugural trip to Irwindale, the progressive-banked, half-mile oval outside of Los Angeles that has been a series' staple since it opened in 1999. The West has run 27 points events there, most recently with Trevor Huddleston edging Tanner Gray by .03 seconds last season.
The 125-lap race will be run without pit stops.
Irwindale will be run with the event limited to essential race personnel only and no spectators per state and local guidelines.
The races will be the first for the West since its opener Feb. 20 at The Bullring at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, won by Sam Mayer.
