23XI RACING ET FRONT ROW MOTORSPORTS INTENTENT UNE POURSUITE CONTRE NASCAR
NOUVELLE DE DERNIÈRE HEURE: 23XI Racing et Front Row Motorsports ont intenté une poursuite contre NASCAR et Jim France, chef de la direction de NASCAR.
Dans une nouvelle de NBC Sports on annonce que "NASCAR, dans l'exploitation de sa série de premier plan, aurait exercer un monopole en violation du Sherman Antitrust Act".
Dans un communiqué conjoint : "We share a passion for racing, the thrill of competition, and winning. Off the racetrack, we share a belief that change is necessary for the sport we love. Together, we brought this antitrust case so that racing can thrive and become a more competitive and fair sport in ways that will benefit teams, drivers, sponsors, and, most importantly, fans."
La poursuite mentionne que La famille France et NASCAR sont des bullies and continuront d'imposer leurs volontés jusqu'au moment où se lèveront des gens qui refusent d'être des victimes.
