Lap sponsors are signing on for PASS 300 at North Wilkesboro Speedway

Naples ME – There’s still six months until the green flag flies for the Pro All Stars Series (PASS) North Wilkesboro 300 but there’s already a slew of sponsors on board for the unprecedented   short track event with over $ 198,000 in posted awards.

Lap sponsors for the richest short track asphalt race in North America are signing on from all over North America and they’re as diverse as the personalities that make up the sport.  Jeff Freeman’s Hoosier Tire South - asphalt is on board in a big way, as is Sunoco Race Fuels.

These nationally known companies have already committed to the new super bowl of short track racing, but there’s a strong contingent of short track racing supporters that have decided to take part too. Near the top of the list you see a company called Stripper Delimber. It’s a Maine based firm owned by the first ever PASS super late model champion, “Sudn Sam” Sessions.  In addition to his    wins and a series title, Sessions earned a $100,000.00 payday in the “Big Dawg Challenge”, a four hundred lap PASS sanctioned event at Wiscasset (ME) Raceway.       .

Then there’s Shark Racing Development a new motorsports venture created by Jay Fogleman and Jeremy Upchurch. Based in Durham North Carolina, the company's mission is to provide racers with superior race cars, the latest components, and technical/business assistance with their race teams.  Richard Moody and Sons Construction is based in Wells Maine, a builder of custom homes on or near the Maine seacoast. Moody owns one of the strongest super late model teams in the country.

Johnny Clark has five PASS North titles to his credit and his family business, Clark’s Car Crushing is already a lap sponsor for the North Wilkesboro 300. So is Jeff Day’s Precision Built Spindles, a Winston-Salem North Carolina firm that is one of the country’s best kept speed secrets when it comes to that critical front suspension component. Day and his familiar 62 super late model have been on board with PASS South since the series’ inception.  Julio and Rita Miglioli own DJ Shaw’s super late model ride and their company Laval, Quebec Canada’s Precision JLM, lends an international flavor to the board.

When the green flag flies and the checkered drops on laps one and three hundred those laps will be dedicated to the race fans of North Wilkesboro who have played such an important role in bringing professional motorsports back to the storied oval.

It’s a broad spectrum of support, from national companies to fans to racers supporting a race they will likely compete in. According to series president Tom Mayberry,”   At $250.00 per lap we’ve kept the price affordable so that many small businesses can be a part of the big show. Their information will appear on our website at www.proallstarsseries.com throughout the 2011 season and there will be a special section dedicated to our lap sponsors in the race program.   It’s a concept we used with success at our Big Dawg Challenge race and I believe we will generate a good response for the North Wilkesboro 300.”

Additional sponsorship packages are available and PASS custom tailor a marketing program to fit any need or budget. Contact Tom Mayberry at (207) 693-6497 or Norm Desjardins at (603) 387-5598 for further information.
