            The 2017 edition of the Moms of Lancaster Fall Brawl at Speedway 51 powered by the Autosaver Group in Groveton, New Hampshire appears to be alive and well and the Late Models will be featuring a very diverse group of drivers from throughout the Northeast, Canada and North Carolina. The Fall Brawl event features the Lil Joey Generation Next 151 for Late Models. The race is a 151 lap Late Model challenge paying $5,000 to win and a healthy purse throughout the field. The top five positions pay a whopping total of $15,000.

 

            2016 winner, Bobby Therrien from Hinesburg, Vermont has filed an early entry and will be back to defend his title. Other strong early entries include 2017 WMMP champion Quinney Welch, plus strong runners like Russ Clark, Scott Corey, Kevin Boutin and Brendan Moodie.

 

            A strong Canadian contingency have filed entries and leading the way is the "Favorite Son" from Canada, Patrick LaPerle. Joining him will be fellow Canadians Donald Theetge, Claude LeClerc, Steve Cote', Jonathan Bouvrette, Mathieu Kingsbury, JP Quimet, Brendon White, and Simon Roussin.

 

            A surprise entry has been filed from a young Late Model driver from Statesville, North Carolina. Fourteen year old, Ryan Millington will make the long journey north to Groveton, New Hampshire. Millington recorded nine wins and captured the championship at the prestigious, and legendary, Hickory Motor Speedway in Hickory, North Carolina. Millington regularly competed against Kyle Busch owned cars and many other big names and second generation drivers. Millington's father, Scott Millington was originally from the Northeast area, and raced in the old Mini-Stock division with Speedway 51 owner Joey Laquerre.

 

            Joining the Late Models will be the Tiger Sportsman, Street Stocks, Daredevils, and the Cyclones and Angels will be having their championship events. Post time for the Fall Brawl is 1pm. Grandstands open at 10am, and the pits open up for Late Models at 8am, and 9am for all other classes. Adults are just $25, Seniors and Military just $20, Teens 12-16 $10, and Kids 11 and under are free.
