| Michaud qui est 14e au cumulatif, a retenu l’attention, dimanche après-midi lors du Fall Foliage 300 disputé à la piste Airborne Speedway de Plattsburgh et remporté par nul autre que Patrick Laperle. Vingt-neuvième au départ, Michaud a impressionné dans sa remontée vers la 13e place en évitant tous les pièges. Il se joint donc à Karl Allard, Patrick Laperle, Donald Theetge, Alex Labbé, Jean-François Déry et Patrick Hamel qui avaient été invités antérieurement. Parmi les autres coureurs qui formeront cette grille de 43 partants et qui font partie du troisième groupe, on remarque Tim Brackett, le champion d’Oxford Plains, Travis Adams qui cumule sept titres à Oxford, Quinny Welch de la piste White Mountain, Tj Watson, Jamie Fisher, Scott Payea ainsi que Brad Leighton.
